It's that time of year again. Paper Chained is about to host the third iteration of our annual art exhibition, following its debut in Sydney in 2024 and your to Brisbane in 2025. Here's an article about the original exhibition, if you'd like to learn more about it.
Our collection is now at its largest size ever, with over 150 artworks from all over Australia and eleven other countries. The exhibition will be held at the The Creator Incubator, an art gallery in Newcastle, NSW. It will be on display from February 12- 22, with a launch event on Saturday the 14th of February, 2026.
The exhibition is an evolving one. Most pieces in the show are for sale, and new artworks are received all the time. Accordingly, even if you caught the last two shows, you'll see many new pieces this year as each exhibition. In particular, this year we are featuring our first artworks from Japan and the Philippines, with several new paintings and sculptures from both countries. And if you missed our November 2025 exhibition featuring works made in prison in Palestine by Mohannad Al Azzeh, you'll be able to see a few of those works on display as well. We aim to display the exhibition once each year in a different city. If you represent a gallery and would be interested in displaying the exhibition, please get in touch.
